Moxie People is excited to recruit a Housing First Support Worker for a dynamic project tackling homelessness in Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities as a Housing First Support Worker:

• Provide personalised support to individuals moving from rough sleeping into stable housing in Cardiff
• Develop trusting relationships to help clients maintain tenancies and improve their independence
• Address homelessness, mental health, and substance use issues through tailored support
• Collaborate with other services (housing, mental health, and substance support) to ensure clients' long-term success
• Use trauma-informed approaches and strengths-based support
