A leading Construction Consultancy are currently in search of a highly motivated Construction Project Manager to join their team in the lively city of London.

The Construction Project Manager's Role

The accomplished Construction Project Manager will have a central role in overseeing a diverse array of new build projects across various sectors, working closely under the guidance and mentorship of the Senior Project Manager.

The responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager will include managing new build projects in residential, commercial, and retail sectors, as well as refurbishment projects within the education sector, with values reaching up to £50 million.

On a day-to-day basis, your engagement will extend from the initial design phases to the successful completion of these projects.

The Construction Project Manager

  • RICS accredited degree
  • Experience of working on new build projects
  • Pre & Post Contract experience
  • Contract administration or Employer's agent experience would be a bonus
  • Client facing, proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills
