Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bury
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring budgets and time lines are met.
- Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates and financial reports.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction sector.
- Strong understanding of contract management and cost control.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related fields.
