Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Technician with experience in offline programming to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using SprutCAM, Mastercam, or Hypermill software to create efficient, high-quality CNC programs for our advanced machining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using SprutCAM, Mastercam, or Hypermill software.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture high-precision components.
- Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to ensure machining accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and adjust CNC machines to resolve issues during production.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure program efficiency and quality.
- Maintain and update CNC programming libraries and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CNC programming and offline programming using SprutCAM, Mastercam, or Hypermill.
- Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and machining processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.
- Strong understanding of machining processes such as milling, turning, and multi-axis machining.
