- Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, conduct financial analysis, and ensure accurate reporting for property portfolios.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement property management strategies that align with client goals and market trends.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all properties comply with relevant regulations and standards, mitigating risks and addressing issues promptly.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless property operations.
- Professional Accreditation: MRICS qualification or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management, with a proven track record of managing high-value assets and working with high-profile clients.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
