Business Development Manager (Recruitment - Education sector)

Are you a driven and ambitious professional with a talent for building relationships and a passion for education? Tara Recruitment are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our recruitment team , specialising in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector, including Primary, Secondary and SEN School across UK.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, understanding their recruitment needs.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic partnerships and effective networking.
  • Develop tailored recruitment solutions to meet the evolving needs of the education sector.
  • Stay informed on market trends, challenges, and the competitive landscape to deliver high-quality services.

What we're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally in recruitment.
  • An understanding of the education sector and its recruitment challenges.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills with a track record of building lasting partnerships.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a strategic and proactive approach to business growth.
