Corporate Receptionist

Hours of work: 40 hours per week, 08:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000, dependent experience
Reports to: Facilities Manager
- Hands on task management including reception, postroom, hospitality and porterage activities where required
- Liaise with suppliers (such as cleaning, stationery, hospitality and confidential waste) and reconcile invoices
- Advise facilities management team on maintenance issues such as with the air conditioning, cleaning and security via the helpdesk system
Role Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Quality and service expectation of the highest standard
- Desire to be the face of the organisation - meeting and greeting clients and visitors continuously throughout the day
- Professional level of personal presentation
