Project Architect/Associate for Healthcare Projects
Permanent Position, Central London. Hybrid
Our client is a friendly architectural practice with expertise in designing for the healthcare and commercial sectors. Their projects range from internal remodelling, large scale multi-storey additions through to multi-million pound new builds that are typically from £1m-£25m in value. They maintain close client contact throughout all stages of their projects and they have established long-term relationships with many clients across the South East. Alongside this, their architectural team provide an extensive skill base that delivers high quality design and experienced delivery for a successful completion.
They are now looking for an ambitious Project Architect/Associate with site and project administration experience to join their growing team.
The Primary requirements:-
Project Architect (8 years +) who has experience running healthcare, laboratory, education or other complex building projects.
Experience in projects of value 500K to £25 million
Client facing experience.
Accomplished at construction drawings, specifications, coordination and contract administration.
Autocad and Revit Proficient.
ADB NHS room database experience is beneficial.
