Location: London
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (47.5 hours/ week)
Salary Band: £53k - £63k

About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Site Agent with experience in rail/ civils projects to oversee the delivery of various structures projects across the Wessex route as part of a 5+5 year infrastructure initiative. Responsibilities include managing new/replacement bridges, tunnels, structural refurbishments, and retaining structures.

Key Requirements

  • Qualifications: HNC/HND in Civil Engineering preferred, with PTS, CITB SMTS, CSCS, and Temporary Works Coordinator certifications.
  • Experience: 5+ years in rail infrastructure, project management, CDM regulations, and construction safety.
  • Skills: Technical project management, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in creating Work Package Plans and safe systems of work.
