We have an exciting opportunity at our Openshaw Campus to join us as a Sessional Coach (Football) on a fixed term (until July 2025), sessional (ADHOC) basis.
As directed by the Academy Manager you will deliver coaching sessions and supervision of students in a sporting excellence program ensuring that you meet the required professional standards of an FA Qualified Coach. The preparation, delivery and evaluation of sessions and match day supervision and will be learner focused and meet contractual requirements and standards, in line with TMC policies and procedures.
To be successful in this, you will need:
- Must have the relevant sport Level 1 Coaching Qualification and subject specialist qualification at Level 2 minimum, with a commitment to obtain the relevant qualification in line with industry and College requirements within a specified time scale.
- Track record of effective Coaching and delivering in a sport's subject specialism.
- Meet delivery targets and plans.
- Accurate and timely reports and records.
- Positive contribution to planning & development processes.
- Positive team working.
- Learner satisfaction as directed by the Academy Manager.
- Be part of a motivated and flexible delivery team.
