Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Opertive.
Our client is a well-established Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.
All candidates must have a Full Driving Licence and relevant qualifications and/or experience.
The Role:
This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties.
Duties:
- Basic carpentry - Hanging Doors, Skirting, Flooring, Architrave
- Basic plumbing - tap, toilet, basin changes, connecting pipework, fault finding
- Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment Works
- Minor Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens
- Patch Plastering
- Snagging Works
- Logging works via PDA
- Liaising with customers, clients, and staff

Candidate Requirements
- Full UK Driver’s Licence
- Core trade qualification is desirable but not essential
- 2+ years’ experience within a similar trade role
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday
- 37.5 Hours Per Week
- Lunch Break
