Then reach out! Kingston Barnes is recruiting a Multiskilled Operative for one of our clients in the Bargeddie area.

The Company:

The Company are within the renewable energy industry and are market leaders who take pride in being a pivotal role in the UK’s drive towards sustainability. They transform domestic and commercial waste and recyclables into high quality raw materials and renewable energy.

The Role:

The successful candidate must be fully trained in at least 3 of the following: Weighbridge operation, forklift truck operation, traffic marshalling and picking from the line. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing tasks on the above.

Duties include, but aren’t limited to:

• Undertaking regular cleaning and housekeeping activities
• Conduct recycling activated such as picking operations, baler operation and general cleaning.
• Assist in the coordination of site traffic management procedures.
• Complete daily checks on equipment

About you:

• Hard working individual with a good attitude
• Happy working outside or inside the factory in an industrial environment
• Experience in at least 3 of: weighbridge operation, forklift truck operation, traffic marshalling or picking from a line.
• Ability to work well within a small team.

Package:

• £27,500 + 10% annual bonus
• 4on4off days only shift pattern
• 23.5 days holiday
• Pension plan up to 7%
