Due to an increased workload, they are looking to build the team with a 2nd Line Analyst, who has aspirations to join a growing business, and upskill in areas of IT such as Office 365 and Azure support.
The client is looking for someone ideally with a background in higher education.
Role: 2nd Line Support Analyst
Duration: 6 months initial, with view to extend
Location: Buckingham based – 4 days onsite 1 day remote
Rate: £250
Status: Outside IR35
Skills Required:
- Must have a solid background in 1st / 2nd Line IT Support skills, able to solve as many tickets as possible without escalation.
- O365 – Administration.
- Azure – Basic Administration.
- Sharepoint – Basic administration.
- General MS Windows support.
