Key Responsibilities:

• Expert Handling of Goods: Utilise your Bendi forklift expertise to safely and efficiently transport goods within the warehouse. Your precise handling skills will ensure products are moved without damage, maintaining the integrity and quality of the merchandise.
• Stock Organisation and Management: Play a vital role in the organisation and management of stock. You will be responsible for the correct placement of products, ensuring that the warehouse operates smoothly and efficiently with all stock easily accessible.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and guidelines to create a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety checks on your equipment, reporting any issues promptly to maintain the highest safety standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with the team will be crucial in meeting daily targets and maintaining a harmonious workplace.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of stock movements and report any discrepancies to the management team. Your attention to detail will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy and facilitating efficient warehouse operations.
• Operational Efficiency: Utilize your knowledge and experience to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency within the warehouse. Propose solutions and implement changes to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Requirements:

• Bendi Forklift Certification: Must hold a valid Bendi forklift certificate.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and Bendi forklift operations.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy in stock handling and record-keeping.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
