Our client, an organisation in the construction industry, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join their dynamic Customer Services team. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service, our client takes pride in creating positive relationships with their customers.

💼Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle and process customers' orders via telephone, email, and quote conversion.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records, updating them regularly.
  • Keep customers informed of anticipated delivery dates and provide alternative product choices when necessary.
  • Assist customers with transport options, costs, and special item orders.
  • Stay updated with products, attend team meetings, and contribute to reports.
  • Schedule works orders and pick small orders from the warehouse when required.
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.

✅Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Proven experience in sales administration, sales support, and/or customer services.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reports.
  • Knowledge of Order Works (training provided).
  • Experience with order picking (training provided).
