Are you an experienced Administrator with a good eye for detail with a proactive approach to work? If so, I have an excellent opportunity with my client based in Leeds.
- Creating and sending invoices
- Opening files for new jobs
- Passing and chasing invoices
- Emailing out for quotes and pass on to manager.
- Import and export shipments - air and sea, road/trailer, couriers- all training will be provided.
- Arranging deliveries
- Answer telephone calls.
- Chasing airlines, shipping lines and hauliers for updates, deliveries etc
- Updating customer spreadsheets
- Liaising with the Manager
- Filing
To be successful in this position you will need:
- Good attention to detail
- Proactive approach to work
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT skills (MS Office)
Full training will be provided in-house and working hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday (100% office-based).
