About the role and team:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution for their Seller Capital EU financing products. This role requires strong collaboration across teams, including lending partners, engineering, analytics, marketing, design, research, communications, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing detailed long-term product strategies and executing them with operational excellence, alongside a background in partner relationship management.

What you will accomplish:

  • Own and drive the product and CX strategy – Develop requirements and oversee roadmap execution for EU Seller Capital financing partner products.
  • Identify and address customer challenges across the customer journey using qualitative and quantitative data-driven approaches to validate and solve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Communications teams to create and execute marketing and communication strategies aligned with the broader vision of the EU Seller Capital portfolio.
  • Negotiate and manage ongoing third-party partner relationships – Demonstrate a strong bias for action and a commitment to quality, continually optimising execution and processes.
  • Work closely with risk, legal, and finance teams to ensure regulatory compliance, anticipate risks, set mitigation strategies, and proactively clear any roadmap obstacles.
  • Challenge the status quo by understanding industry trends, market dynamics, and the voice of the customer to enhance the product portfolio and CX journey.

What you will bring:

  • 4-6 years of product management experience – Ideally within financial services, fintech, insurance, or lending industries, leading cross-functional teams to deliver product and CX feature launches.
  • Experience with financing products – Specifically in managing portfolios and developing and scaling new lending solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop, launch, and scale new products and CX experiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking and an aptitude for driving long-term product vision while managing day-to-day execution with speed and quality.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence both cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Robust analytical skills – Skilled in using data to inform product decisions and drive outcomes.
  • Understanding of regulatory and risk management considerations within the lending space.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building solutions that empower small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
