Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will have your own caseload of customers that are going through the remortgage process you will deal with the case from start to finish ensuring the highest level of service all times.
The role will be dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls assisting with a range of enquiries you will be chasing up documentation and details required for the process making sure service level agreements are exceeded.
You will be also liaising with lenders, financial organisations alongside other third parties handling queries to get the case progressed.
