Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all site activities and manage day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and direct labour teams.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and maintain health and safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor progress against the project plan and report on performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the residential construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are essential.
