Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all site activities and manage day-to-day operations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and direct labour teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain health and safety standards.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor progress against the project plan and report on performance.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the residential construction sector.
- Strong understanding of building regulations and health and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are essential.
