Salary: £20,000 - £50,000 per year (OTE)
Berry Recruitment are searching for an experienced Lettings/Property Manager to join a busy, well established Lettings & Estate Agents in Peterborough.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee lettings performance.
- Develop annual business plans to increase revenue and expand the portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and deliver high-quality service.
- Lead and motivate your team, fostering strong internal and external relationships.
- Manage rent rolls, conduct regular rent reviews, and perform property valuations.
- Prepare and update marketing materials for properties.
- Support the Property Management Team.
About You:
- Proven experience in estate agency with local market knowledge.
- Target-oriented with a strong track record.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 18:00; alternate Saturdays, 09:00 to 16:00
