We are seeking an Air Source Heat Pump Manager for a full-time, Hybrid working, permanent position on behalf of our client based in Wigan.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing & overseeing all aspects of our ASHP installs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, managing a team of engineers, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Package: <£45k (Negotiable) + BENEFITS PACKAGE
Hours: Monday to Friday

Full Job description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated ASHP Manager to join our clients renewable company. The ASHP Manager will be designing each ASHP install ideally on the H2x software. The ASHP Manager will also be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ASHP installs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, managing a team of engineers, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong technical background in ASHP systems, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of gas engineers and technicians. Ensure that all staff are trained, certified, and up to date with the latest industry regulations and standards.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure all gas services are compliant with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain the highest safety standards through our bespoke audit platform via desktop and site inspections.

Project Management: Oversee gas installation, maintenance, and repair projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.

Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring high-quality service delivery. Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, providing effective solutions.

Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets for gas services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability. Monitor and manage resources, including equipment, tools, and materials.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with changes in ASHP safety regulations and standards. Implement and enforce compliance measures within the team.

Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on team performance, project status, and financial metrics. Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance service delivery.

Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the gas services team. Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Proven experience in a managerial role within the industry.

In-depth knowledge of ASHP regulations, standards, and best practices.
