• £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary

Alecto Recruitment are working with a highly reputable Electrical Contractor and specialist within the Renewables sector based on the South Coast, who are currently looking to expand their solar PV team due to continued success and the onboarding of some large contracts.

The Role:

The Solar PV Electrician position is an exciting full time permanent employment opportunity.

We are looking for an experienced Solar Electrician who can deliver installation and commissioning of new and retrofit installations on domestic properties across the South Coast, working alongside a team of solar roofers and larger in house team.

The work will predominantly focus on domestic installations with very little commercial work, and will mostly involve commissioning of Solar PV systems.

You must be happy travelling within 90 minutes of the office, covering Hampshire, Dorset, West Sussex and from time to time slightly further afield.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified electrician, 18th Edition, Test & Inspect, AM2.
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Minimum 2 years experience installing Solar PV systems
• Minimum 2 years working experience as a qualified electrician
• Ideally you'll be based in areas such as Portsmouth, Fareham or Southampton
