Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient conditions and progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in the UK.
• Valid NMC registration.
• Valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
• Current mandatory training certificates. (We can provide training if your current training is out of date)
