Plumber, South Lanarkshire, Salary from £34,000 up to £36,000 per annum + Fuel card + Van provided + Overtime Opportunities!

Plumber positions are available at a Renewable Energy Company, working in a mobile role based around the South Lanarkshire area. The successful candidate will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, ideally with a background in commercial plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance for school contracts while working in a mobile capacity.
• Troubleshoot and repair water and heating systems, including fan coil units and radiators.
• Conduct Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and manage general building materials.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a maintenance plumber, preferably in a commercial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to carry out planned and reactive maintenance effectively.
• Valid full UK driver’s licence.
