27,500 basic (up to 34,000 OTE year one)

Sunbury
Hours:
40 hours per week / 5 out of 7 days (one weekend day)
Do you have experiences in sales across face to face and telesales? Are you looking to join a growing business at the start of a new very exciting year? The Recruitment Co. are currently recruiting for one of our key clients in Sunbury, and this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Working towards and achieving sales targets, occupancy targets and
- Working with the leadership team in regards to setting sales goals
- Creating a positive store floor atmosphere
- Working within a team environment and offering support
- Ensuring exceptional customer service
- Handling customer inquiries or
- complaints
- Maintaining a welcoming store environment
- Providing individual customer specific solutions
The Person:
- An enthusiastic and confident individual
- Working towards KPIs
- Experience of converting sales
- Telesales experience (Not just face-to-face experience)
- Passionate for service
- Flexible (shift wise)
- Driver (preferred)
