Working to our standard operating procedures, quality policies and health & safety procedures, this role is vital to ensuring the quality and safety of product, colleagues and plant. Reporting to the Front-Line Manager on shift, the role holder will safely and efficiently operate the manufacturing machinery. Minimum of 48 hours per week Mon – Fri.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in set up of production lines at shift start to ensure smooth production processes
• Operating lines in accordance with relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs) Accurately recording production activity with clear and completed paperwork
• Completing quality checks as instructed on the lines and around the factory
• Adhering to excellent GMP standards at all times and ensuring a clean, hygienic workplace
• Following standards as instructed relating to HACCP and SOPs
• Adhering to H&S standards and PPE requirements

Who are we looking for?

Successful candidates will:

• have some experience within a food production environment
• able to follow instructions and adhere to high quality standards
• understand GMP and hygiene requirements
• good team player who works well autonomously and as part of a team
• demonstrates flexibility and a positive attitude to work
• work quickly and accurately to maintain the highest standards within the factory
