We are seeking a Sales Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a track record in generating revenue in a financial sales role, good sales acumen, and understand the economic landscape including financial products available to private investors.

As a Broker, you will be responsible for facilitating Cask whisky transactions while providing exceptional client service, holding yourself and the company to the highest level of credibility.

Sales Broker Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Market our cask whisky investment opportunities to high-net-worth individuals through various marketing channels.
  • Deal Closure: Open and close deals independently, managing client portfolios throughout the investment lifecycle.
  • Lead Management: Handle inbound leads generated via social media advertising and various campaigns, adhering to current GDPR regulations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Discussing market updates and identifying further investment opportunities.
  • Event Representation: Attend client meetings and whisky events, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Sales Broker Skills and Experience:

  • Sales Expertise: Minimum of 2 years' experience opening or closing deals over the phone.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of global financial markets; experience in alternative assets is advantageous but not essential.
  • Target Achievement: Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Management: Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and closing deals.
  • Professional Presence: Ability to always present oneself professionally, particularly during client meetings and events.

Compensation:

  • Basic Wage plus commission
  • On Target Earnings (OTE) £3-10k per month
  • Compensation is performance-based, reflecting your success in closing/opening deals and managing client portfolios.
