**previous relevant experience is essential** Candidates MUST have a Qualified Technical Engineering background and/or Project Coordination experience in a Technical or Engineering environment - candidates without experience can not be considered.

The ideal candidate has a background in Project Coordination, Document Management, Technical Specifications and strong collaboration skills across departments.

As a Technical Project & Sales Support Coordinator you will play an integral role, ensuring the smooth operation of both sales quoting and project coordination processes.

This critical position will bridge the gap between the Technical Sales team, and the Projects team interpreting machinery specifications, generating detailed
quotes, managing project documentation, and coordinating technical tasks.

Technical Sales Responsibilities:

  • Review machinery specifications and details provided by sales personnel
  • Collaborate with the technical department to confirm application requirements.
  • Input technical specifications, product configurations, and pricing data into the quoting system
  • Generate, review, and verify quotes for accuracy and completeness before sharing with sales personnel
  • Assist the sales team in resolving any ambiguities or discrepancies in the quoting process
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and pricing structures
  • Track and manage quoting processes, ensuring quotes are delivered on time
  • Provide administrative support, including organising and maintaining records of quotes and communications
  • Attending customer sites in UK and Internationally as required

Project Coordination Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the Sales team, Directors and the Projects team to ensure smooth communication and task execution
  • Organise and manage project folders, ensuring documents are properly titled and stored in the correct directories
  • Assist in the creation and management of technical drawings and 3D models for project development and client presentations
  • Coordinate site surveys and visits alongside key personnel, ensuring all necessary details are captured and communicated
  • Manage project meeting minutes, distribute to relevant team members, and ensure follow-ups are tracked and completed
  • Maintain the project activity log, ensuring all updates are accurately recorded and shared with stakeholders
  • Ensure that all project documents are up-to-date, accurate, and properly filed
  • Draft initial technical specifications for machinery, ensuring compliance with technical requirements
