Salary: £130 – £250 per day (Depending on Experience)

GSL Education Kent are currently seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join a renowned school in Dartford starting immediately.

As a Teacher of English, you will play an instrumental role in guiding students on their educational journey within this vibrant community.
Responsibilities
As a Teacher of English, your role will include:
- Delivering engaging and inspiring lessons in English to students across Key Stages, helping them to develop strong reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.
- Planning and preparing lessons in accordance with the curriculum, adapting as necessary to suit students’ varying abilities and interests.
- Assessing and evaluating student progress, providing feedback to help them achieve academic targets.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to participate and engage with English literature and language.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a cohesive and enriching learning experience for all students.
Requirements
To be successful in the role of English Teacher, you will need:
- Holding QTS or equivalent such as QTLS, PGCE is mandatory.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or a relevant field.
- Previous experience working as an English Teacher is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster enthusiasm for English among students.
- A proactive and adaptable teaching style, with a commitment to providing quality education.
