Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator – Temp-Perm

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Much Wenlock, Shropshire.

Our client is looking for somebody who has an excellent telephone manner, thrives in a fast-paced environment, high-attention to detail and who can work well within a team environment.

Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am – 17:00pm with 30 minutes for lunch.

Salary: £24,375.00-£27,000 per annum DOE.

Duties include but not limited to:
• Communicate effectively with transport companies.
• Making outbound calls.
• Sorting out delivery issues.
• Dealing with customer after sales enquiries.
• Sending any invoices as requested.
• Order processing.
• Answering email enquiries.
• Supporting the sales manager.

Ideal Candidate:
• Great attitude.
• Strong background in customer service and logistics.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Clear and Concise.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Team Player.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong IT Skills – Microsoft packages.
