Senior Contract Manager
Our client is a technology specialist engineering contractor. They have recently secured a large data Centre Construction project near to Cheltenham.
We are looking for a Senior Contract Manager with Data Centre Construction Project Experience to run the Project. The work is mainly Mechanical and Electrical, with some associated Civils and Groundwork. We’re looking for a Senior Contracts Manager who has broad understanding of these disciplines, with solid DC experience.
The project runs for over a year. This client carries out a substantial amount of similar project work locally in this area and whilst they would prefer to recruit a permanent member of staff, people with the relevant skills looking for a contract basis position will also be considered.
The project involves creating new space, replacement of generators, new LV and HV infrastructure, Chillers and large-scale mechanical equipment, cooling, BMS, Comms, fire, PDU’s, local Groundwork and Civils on a smaller scale. etc.
Excellent opportunity for a Senior Contract Manager to work for a major Main Contractor with a great name, on a notable and interesting project in Gloucestershire, with excellent future prospects within the business.
