Senior Cyber Security Consultant need to join a progressive and forward-thinking organisation. My client is a Cyber Security Integration company that provide value andexcellencetotheircustomers.Foundedfromadesiretodothingsdifferently,theyaretakingourselves to the next level of growth and need your expertise. 1.What we need you to do?

As a Senior Cyber Security Consultant, you will lead and manage high-profile client engagements, driving excellence in security delivery and advising clients on complex security challenges. You will act as a mentor too the consultants and play a pivotal role in enhancing our service offerings and internal processes. Your responsibilities will include:

·Client Engagement and Delivery(80%Billable):Lead complex client engagements, delivering advanced security risk and compliance assessments (e.g., ISO27001, NIST, Cyber Essentials). Provide strategic advice in both written and spoken forms, ensuring deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.Internal Security and Quality Management: Oversee the continuous improvement of our internal Security and Quality management systems. Lead internal audits, policy development, and ensure compliance

·Project and Team Leadership: Manage and lead multiple projects, both for clients and internally, from inception to completion. Ensure all objectives are met on time and within budget, and mentor junior team members to develop their skills.

·Strategic Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally. Understand their needs and provide tailored, innovative solutions that align with our business objectives.

·Innovation and Service Development: Contribute to the development of new service offerings and enhancements to existing ones. Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our services remain cutting-edge.

·Compliance and Auditing: Oversee regular internal audits and compliance activities to ensure our operations meet necessary standards and continuously improve.

·Learning and Development: Act as a thought leader within the team, sharing knowledge  and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance your ability to deliver exceptional service.
