A leading company in the finishing, decorating, and assembly of automotive plastic components is looking for dedicated Process Operators to join our successful manufacturing team.
Role Overview:
- Load and prepare components for the production line, adhering to specific procedures and time requirements.
- This position is physically demanding and requires efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Work Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:15 PM
- Total weekly hours: 39.25
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong motivation and the ability to work with precision.
- Capable of maintaining a high pace while ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Ability to learn new concepts and processes quickly.
- Flexibility to support a 24-hour operation as needed.
