Role Overview

Join VPK Packaging UK Ltd as our Head of Supply Chain, where you’ll lead and optimise our end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple sites. VPK Packaging is a leading corrugated packaging provider with a commitment to sustainability, innovation, and delivering high-quality, bespoke products to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead, refine and integrate S&OP, balancing sales forecasts, production, and

          inventory.

·         Optimise demand planning, scheduling, and inventory to support production and

           customer requirements.

·         Improve planning tools (SAP and OMP) and manage resource allocation for

           operational efficiency.

·         Collaborate with sales and customer planning teams for forecast accuracy.

·         Develop stock management strategies to reduce costs and ensure high OTIF       

           performance (>95%).

·         Manage supplier relationships to streamline procurement, logistics, and distribution.

Skills, knowledge and experience 

• Extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain management, demand planning and multi-site S&OP processes
• Proficiency in SAP, OMP, and advanced Excel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven leadership with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and a collaborative approach.
• Degree in operational management or related field.
