Job Opportunity

If you are an experienced HR manager looking for a new opportunity, then this could be the one for you!

In this role you will oversee a small HR team for an automotive Bodyshop group to look after their employees across the group.

You will be involved in all the areas of the role from recruitment and training to employee relations.

The role will require you to visit other sites in the group on occasion, and a car will be provided for those times, a driving licence will be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment
• HR strategy development
• Deal with issues/grievances
• Assess training and development needs
• Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management & business
• Oversee appraisals

Qualifications

• Degree in human resources or related
• Proven experience in the role
• In-depth knowledge of employment law/best practices
• Demonstrable knowledge of using HR metrics and systems

Salary and Benefits

• Basic Salary £45,000
• Hours 9am – 5pm, additional may be required on occasion
• 25 days holiday + BH
• Car provided for company travel when required
