Behaviour Teaching Assistant

A vibrant, inclusive SEN School in the Borough of Redbridge is looking for an individual to join their expert team of teaching staff. This role enables the successful candidate to access valuable training, teaching experience and the opportunity to work alongside a fantastic team. The right person for the position will be able to improve the academic experience and development of young people.
Behaviour Teaching Assistant Job Description:
- £90 - £110 per day
- Monday to Friday (no weekends)
- Full-time, Long-Term
- Based in HAvering
- Start ASAP
Behaviour Teaching Assistant Role:
- Working in a fantastic SEN School
- Assisting teaching staff in the classroom with learning.
- Working closely with individual students and small groups with additional needs.
- Providing support to young people with SEND/SEMH needs to eliminate barriers within the curriculum and making learning more accessible.
The Ideal Candidate for the Behaviour Teaching Assistant Role will have:
- A degree-level qualification.
- Previous experience working with children, including those with SEN/SEMH needs.
- A desire to kickstart their career in teaching, educational psychology, mental health, special educational needs and more!
