CNC Supervisor

Alecto Recruitment is in partnership with an established Precision Engineering company based near Highworth, Wiltshire, who are looking for an experienced CNC Specialist with either Team Leader/Cell leader/Supervisor/Management experience within a Machine Shop.

The successful candidate will need to have a strong background in machining, with experience in both CNC Turning and Milling.

The company are a small business in terms of numbers, but highly experienced within the industry.

They cover sectors including, Motorsport, Oil & Gas and Nuclear.

What we are looking for:

• Apprentice Trained Machinist
• Siemens controls experience
• Ability to program online
• CAD CAM Programming experience (Hypermill experience ideally)
• CNC Milling and Turning experience

What the company is looking for:

• Previous experience within a Senior/Team Leader/Management role
• Excellent people skills
• Ability to drive a team

What the company is offering:

• £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
• Monday - Friday - 39 hour week
• 22 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
