Legal Secretary

This is a permanent, full-time office based role, paying between £23,000 - £25,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial support to the Private Client and Family Partners, including preparing and managing legal documentation.
- Managing and maintaining client files and records accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting with diary management, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
- Handling correspondence, calls, and emails professionally and promptly.
- General office administration, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Reception duties, greeting clients, answering queries, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is essential, ideally within Private Client or Family Law.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Professional and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a small office environment.
