GSL Education Lincolnshire is actively recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a forward-thinking school in Spalding. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with students and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
Teaching Assistant Role:
As part of a dynamic and supportive team, the successful candidate will focus on ensuring each student receives quality support tailored to their needs.
The successful candidate will:
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Support students with varying educational needs, including SEN.
- Implement strategies to improve students’ academic and social skills.
- Adapt resources and activities to support individual learning.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
