Client:

Our client is a privately owned Mechanical building services contractor with an annual turnover in excess of £25million. They are a specialist within the commercial, healthcare, education and high-end residential sectors, delivering the design and installation of mechanical services. They undertake both new build and fit out projects ranging from £500k to £7million in value. Spearheaded by a dynamic and entrepreneurial owner they have grown year on year since their inception 20 years ago. Having just moved into brand new offices in London Bride and with a healthy pipeline of work for the next 18 months the business is looking to expand their team.

Mechanical Construction Manager – £60,000 - £65,000 + Package

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Management of subcontractor labour
  • RFI’s and technical submittals
  • All health and safety
  • Review and amend RAMS
  • Red pen design reviews
  • Snagging
  • Testing and commissioning
  • Driving job

The ideal candidate:

  • Have 3 years’ experience managing multi-disciplined Mechanical Services Installations.
  • Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of mechanical services.
  • Experience working in the commercial sector.
