Salary: Up to £34,000 Pro Rata, part time working

Working Location: Milton Keynes

Working Hours: 9am – 5pm - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Employment Type: Secondment – Part-time

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for requests coming into the Design & Copywriting (D&C) team, ensuring a clear understanding of the requirements to be able to brief design, copywriting, videography or photography resource as required to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Planning, Internal Communications, Digital, Events and Press Office teams to lead, communicate and present project updates on behalf of the D&C team, providing further support across the wider team as required.
  • Maintain detailed project schedules and timelines to include monitoring workloads, distribution and prioritisation of tasks.
  • Manage several external supplier contacts including printers, proof-readers, software providers, product manufacturers and more, to ensure quality of output, best value and that deadlines are met.
  • Become a superuser for key platforms such as Creative Works (digital asset management library) and Mondaycom (project management system).

  • Strong communication skills and be a confident decision maker.
  • Excellent organisation skills and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A keen eye for detail with the ability to proofread content as required.
  • Ability to multi-task, whilst meeting challenging deadlines.
