They are offering a great company culture with clearly defined career progression, a salary of £30,000 flexible to attract, a discretionary annual bonus of 5%, 25 days holiday, and hybrid working with 3 days in office.

As an EWP Designer you will:

  • Create floor and roof design using the internal design software for both masonry and timber frame construction.
  • Work to time schedule set by the design team leader
  • Create construction details to the guidance of the Engineering team and/or the Design Team Leader
  • Handle telephone enquiries from distributors, customers, architects and specifiers

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of I-joist or roof truss design
  • CAD or industry software (MiTek Pamir, Steico etc)
  • Have a good understanding of general construction
