Carbon60 are working with a renowned luxury home and beauty technology brand, who require a talented and passionate Retail Hair Stylist in their High Wycombe store. This role is part-time (6 hour shift on Friday and 6 hour shift on Satuday), until 31st Jan 2025.



Contract Specifics:

• Duration: ASAP start, until 31st Jan 2025.
• Hours: Part-time (12 hours per week - over the weekend).
• Shifts: 6 hours on Friday and 6 hours on Saturday.
• Pay: £12.00 per hour (PAYE).
• Store Location: Cressex Centre, High Wycombe, HP12.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by introducing and demonstrating various hair care products.
• Style different types of hair and recommend the correct product for each hair type.
• Support the wider store team in demonstrating other products.
• Provide an authentic and premium customer experience
• Develop and drive sales aligned with business plans and targets.
• Build relationships with the in-store team and provide support throughout the day.

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in styling hair and providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to engage with customers and recommend the best product for their hair type.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about new hair care technology.
• Ambitious spirit to ensure growth within the store.
• Excellent communication skills and a real passion for delivering a first-class customer experience.
• Past retail experience is desirable, but not essential.
