We are looking for a dedicated and caring Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and nurturing nursery in Radlett, Hertfordshire. Role Overview: As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Support children's early development, planning and delivering engaging activities that promote learning through play
• Work as part of a committed team to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for children and families
• Build positive relationships with children and parents, ensuring the needs of each child are met

Requirements:

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
• Previous experience working with young children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their early development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
