Winding Operatives Wanted – Doncaster

Utrust Recruitment group are currently working with a well known manufacturing business based in Doncaster who are looking to add Winding Operatives to their team on a long term basis.

The duties of a Winding Operative:

• Running and supervising a winding machine
• Filling out relevant paperwork
• Some aspects of heavy lifting
• Quality checking product
• Working within a team to make sure all machines are running correctly
• Following all health and safety policies

The ideal candidate:

• Must have experience within a similar role
• Must be looking for a long term career
• Reliable and have good time keeping skills
• Must have the ability to fill out basic paperwork
• Follow all company health and safety regulations.

This role is an immediate start for the successful candidates following an onsite interview and site tour. This role is working a shift pattern Monday to Friday and will require you to work 12 hours days and nights. This is a temporary to permanent role and candidates will get a permanent contract after a successful 12 week probation.

The starting salary is £12.82ph inc for days and is £14.10ph inc for nights. This will then increase in tiers once training is completed after 12 weeks.
