Document Controller opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading building services engineering companies who specialise in Commercial, Hotel, Healthcare, Student Accommodation, Pharmaceutical and Research, Education, Residential Housing and Sports and Leisure projects. This role will be split between the Head Office in Moorgate and on site in Kings Cross working on a unique heritage mixed use project.
Role: Document Controller
Location: Head Office (Moorgate) Project Site (Kings Cross)
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
EDMS: ViewPoint (4 Projects) and Asite
Roles and Responsibilties:
- Technical submittals and commissioning paperwork uploading on portal.
- Progress reports updated and answering emails.
- Dealing with timesheets
- Checking dispatch documents are accurate.
- Update the revisions on drawings and as built drawings.
- Printing and scanning documents for supervisors and site manager.
- Email communication, delivery and collection of bookings for relevant site and personnel material using Data scope software.
- Stationary weekly orders and PPE for workers.
- Request and printing of drawings for engineers and head office - updating the A0 and A3
- folders.
- Downloading/uploading, production of workflow reports/schedules
- Managing booking delivery slots
- Scanning and management of weekly notes to head office.
- Assistance with QA documents (scanning and labelling).
