Retail Sales Executive
Location: Belper
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (40hr week, trading Monday – Saturday)
Salary: £26k per annum (realistic OTE £35k with uncapped commission)

Main tasks and responsibilities:
· Working within a small team in store
· Generate gross profit for the store through multi-channel proactive sales activity, including outbound calling to existing customers.
· Contribute to your store’s success by bringing to life our ethos of sales and customer advice, providing first-class service.
· Promoting services including mobile phone deals, broadband and Sky TV, whilst also having the opportunity to use your local knowledge and intuition to identify other ways to attract new customers locally.
· Process orders accurately, following process and procedure to ensure that high standards of compliance are maintained.
· Participate in training and keep up to date with all products, services, and promotions.
· You will also be responsible for selling and completing mobile phone repairs (full training will be given).
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· You will work 5 days a week, between Monday and Saturday [8.45am – 5.45pm].

The sales team know everything there is to know about matching customers to the ideal network tariff, advising on the specifications of the latest handsets and helping to solve any queries a customer might have after a sale.
