Our client is a fast-paced international boarding school located in the heart of Oxford, providing a dynamic and diverse educational environment for students aged 16-19. With a focus on academic excellence, personal development, and cultural exchange, they aim to inspire and empower young learners from across the globe.
 
They are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Examinations Officer and Academic Administrator to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will work closely with the Deputy Head of School (Academic) and academic staff to ensure the smooth administration of all external examinations and support the school's academic processes.
 
This full-time office-based role, working between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for additional hours during exam periods and other key times. The position includes 25 days of holiday, to be taken during school holidays, except during critical weeks for formal examinations or exam results. Complimentary lunches are provided during working hours in term time.
 
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills and experience in exam management to play a crucial role in the academic success of our students. The role involves managing the examination process, including scheduling, liaising with examination boards, and providing essential academic support to the wider school community,particularly during time-sensitive periods such as exams and results time.
