Senior Structural Engineer

The Role:

Our client is a leading consultancy firm with a focus on structural engineering. We are currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team, based in their Southern Dublin office.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role within the team, managing projects that range from €5M - €30M+ from concept through to handover.

The business has been involved in several award-winning, projects throughout the country with some occasionally exceeding the €250M mark.

Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of designers and engineers to ensure project delivery meets the client's requirements.

* Use your extensive knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and Eurocodes to design and provide innovative solutions to engineering challenges.

* Use your experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla to produce high-quality, accurate engineering drawing and models.

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing timely updates and clear communication.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

* Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla.

* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

* A deep understanding of Irish Building Regulations and Eurocodes.

* A proven track record in the successful delivery of a range of commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

* Experience liaising with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
