Job Summary
Nuco Solutions requires a highly skilled Electrical Tester for their client contract based in Basingstoke and surrounding areas of Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Perform EICRs and remedials on Social Housing properties.
- Travel from site to site with the use of a company van and fuel card provided by the employer.
- Greet and liaise with tenants to ensure satisfactory results.
- Liaise with QS and Contracts Manager in the office.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Skills
- Applicants must have 18th Edition, 2391 and NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working for a Social Housing contractor or Housing Association.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills for interacting with tenants
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
